Looking forward to the SUMMER SOLSTICE THE FIRST DAY OF SUMMER is June 20th, 2020  and always makes me think of warm hot days of playing in the sun and of course the beach!

It’s also a new chapter in the seasons and reminds me of the chapters in our lives.  a chance to start again and use these times to help us in our lives as a seasonal ritual to remember all the beginnings we have had and to the new ones…

Here’s to new beginnings, the kind that keep hope alive. Here’s to the beauty and magic that a fresh new start brings. To stepping into the unknown and trusting that you’ll make it through.

Read this affirmation and tell yourself what you need to hear: you can, and you will.

Repeat this out loud or to yourself, like it’s the most important thing you need to hear right now.

I am open to the magic that each new beginning brings.

I am willing to try new things.

I don’t need to wait for the perfect time to start something new. I can start something, right now. I am willing to move in new directions, and I can learn what I need to know as I go.

I keep curiosity alive in my heart. I know that as long as I’m alive and breathing, it’s never too late to try something I’ve never tried before.

“All change is hard at first, messy in the middle and so gorgeous at the end.” – Robin Sharma

I am ready to open new doors.

I unlock new possibilities by being open to what I’ve never seen before.

I give more power to my present than I do my past. Anything I want to create can start here and now. I vow to live for today and set myself free from the chains of yesterday. And so I open myself up to endless possibilities that weren’t available before.

With all my heart, I believe in the power of a fresh start.

“No matter how hard the past, you can always begin again.” – Buddha

I plant my dreams in the soil of this new beginning.

With time and love, hope, and support, I can heal and learn and grow and find joy in my own being here.

I don’t live in the darkness of my doubts, but in the light of possibility.

. . .

Which of these thoughts did you need to read today?
